It's a Busy Life, But Someone's Gotta Do It.
Yesterday in class Mark talked about how being interesting is what is going to get you noticed in this business. He asked, "What is it about yourselves that makes you interesting?"
I have a list of things I can do /have done but I feel as though everyone can/has done it already. I've been in my own band, I've played an instrument since I was 8 years old, I've travelled (minimally), and the most extreme thing I have done was probably done in an amusement park. It's not that I don't want to try things, actually, I've tried a mass variety (and probably more than the average person) from surfing and climbing a mountain , to eating a Canadian Goose- it's just I lack the means necessary to be able to do more. To me, being an interesting person is not what you have done, but what you are willing to do.Being interesting is not your interests, hobbies, and talents.. but your dreams, goals, and drive! The basic lust for life. I've been keeping a diary since I was 7, and in my very first one I started a list that was composed of everything I wanted to do in my life before I die.. it started at 20, and has grown to over 100 and continues to expand: This, is why I am interesting;

Im soooo excited...
to start this activist project! We got together for lunch the other day discussed the game plans. We have some brilliant ideas, it should be fun! I just hope we can get our word out fast enough and have enough support from students in the school to make a change. I feel that even if we do not make very much money as long as people get informed I'll be satisfied. ( but I really do wanna make a bunch of money for them. ha ha)
